Women's Target Rich Environments: 'Man Maps' for Gold Diggers

One thing all good PUAs (Pick Up Artists) should learn when traveling in a new city is where are the good pick up venues? For night venues, here are a few qualities I know I look for:

  1. Is it far from where I'm staying?

  2. Is it a bar, which is more social circle oriented with lots of mixed sets?

  3. Is it a dance club, where the dance floor takes up more than 50% of the area?

  4. Or, ideally, a mixture of both?

  5. Does it have a patio?

  6. Does it have places to isolate?

  7. Or all the tables for bottle service only?

  8. Does it charge cover?

  9. What's the front door and fashion policy?

  10. Is it a standard 21 and over or an 18 and over establishment?

  11. But most important of all, is it a target rich environment with more beautiful women than men?

All those things are important to us as men and Pick Up Artists.

So what's the female version of a target rich environment? That, dear readers, is the new "Man Maps."

Wealthy and single? You're probably on the "Man Map" for potential gold diggers to "accidentally" bump into you at the coffee shop...

That's right, dear readers, women have just invented the "Man Map" that cross references demographic data with real estate data in order to ascertain where the wealthy and single (and not so single) men are located. These gold diggers are looking for target rich environments just like you are.

While it's currently available in New York, these "Man Maps" (maybe we should just start calling them Gold Digger Maps") will soon be available across the country.

So the next time you bump into a silicone enhanced, fake and baked, peroxide blonde down in Uptown, watch yourself. You might have been identified as "X marks the spot" on her "Man Map."

As Kanye West so eloquently stated for men everywhere, "We Want Prenup! We Want Prenup!"

'Man maps' link love and real estate
Web site helps clients find highest concentrations of wealthy single men and women.

This is one even the writers of "Sex in the City" couldn't dream up -– a map to identify neighborhoods with the most rich men. It's real estate meets Mr. Right in the form of online "man maps."

The maps are the brainchild of Kelly Kreth, a divorced New York City publicist who represents an online real estate firm called PropertyShark.com.

"I had asked the founder of Property Shark if he would construct a map with all his city-centric data of where all the rich single men are so I could find a date," says Kreth.

Property Shark's day job is to provide real estate professionals with data on commercial and residential properties. But by combining residential information with census data, co-founder Ryan Slack came up with a service that lets site visitors isolate districts with the highest concentrations of wealthy men.

Dark red "$" signs mean you're in the man money.

"These maps are ideal if you're looking where to go on a Sunday morning," says Slack. "These maps target where people live, not where they work."

Kreth used the maps, found a rich, single guy and dated him for a while. But, there was a catch to her catch.

"The problem with the map is it doesn't take into account if the guy's a jerk or not", says Kreth. And it won't raise a red flag if he's in a relationship, living with someone or gay.

Still, Property Shark is hoping the free man maps will drive business to its more mainstream services. Property Shark will be rolling out man maps across the country, Slack says. He'll even be offering a few women maps.
